Our Process Flow
Raw Material Procurement
Sourcing from approved vendors (local and global) Incoming quality checks (purity, compliance, MSDS)
Raw Material Storage
Dedicated storage by hazard class Temperature and humidity control (if needed)
Pre-Processing & Weighing
Batch-wise weighing as needed. Documentation in BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record)
Chemical Synthesis/ Management
A. Intermediates: Nitration, Sulfonation B. Process Monitoring: HPLC, KF-Titrator, Melting Points, Ph Meters, Ash Content C. Multi-step synthesis: Hydrolysis, Fusion, R eduction, Catalysis etc., Neutralization
Isolation & Purification
Filtration, centrifugation, crystallization or distillation. Solvent recovery if applicable.

Our Process Flow (cont.)
Drying & Milling
Vacuum drying, crushing/delumping, spin flash drying, fluid bed drying. Pulverization and sieving to required mesh size.
Quality Control
Testing at raw, in-process, and final stages. Analytical techniques: HPLC, UV-Vis, GC, TLC COA (Certificate of Analysis) preparation.
Blending & Final Adjustments
Multi-batch composition. Purity standardization for intermediates, final products.
Customized Packaging
Packed in HDPE drums, SS/Paper/Fiber drums, or bags. Labeled with batch numbers and regulatory info. (25 kg-500 kg or more)
Warehousing & Dispatch
Stored in finished goods warehouse. FEFO/FIFO inventory management. Export documentation (Specifications, SDS, COA, etc.)
